MIKO INTL (01247) announced that Mr. Ding Peiji has tendered his resignation as an executive director with effect from October 9, 2026, in order to devote more time to other personal matters. Mr. Ding has resigned as the Company's authorized representative appointed under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with effect from October 9, 2026. Executive Director Ms. Liu Min has been appointed by the Board as the authorized representative with effect from October 9, 2026.
