EPS HEALTH TECH (03860) announced that Mr. Cai Guanming has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director in order to devote more time to other business commitments, effective from October 9, 2026. Following his resignation, Mr. Cai will cease to serve as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee and nomination committee, as well as a member of the company's audit committee, all effective from October 9, 2026.
