Lion Microelectronics (605358.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire, through public listing, a 3.6221% equity interest in Jinhui Hong Microelectronics (Quzhou) Co., Ltd. held by SDIC (Shanghai) Venture Capital Fund for the Commercialization of Scientific and Technological Achievements (Limited Partnership), with a minimum transaction price of RMB 269 million.

It is reported that Jinhui Hong Microelectronics is the company's 12-inch silicon wafer production base, with complete processes and production capacity for silicon single crystal ingots, silicon ground wafers, silicon polished wafers, and silicon epitaxial wafers. If the company completes the listing transfer in this transaction, its direct shareholding in Jinhui Hong Microelectronics will increase from 57.4403% to 61.0624%, further raising its shareholding ratio in Jinhui Hong Microelectronics and increasing the company's proportion of equity interests in Jinhui Hong Microelectronics, which is conducive to enhancing the listed company's ability to continue operating.
