According to reports, Syngenta Group (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited, under the agrochemical giant Syngenta Group owned by Sinochem, is considering its first issuance of free trade zone bonds, with a one-year term and a fundraising target of RMB 2 billion. The issuer may begin marketing as early as this month. However, the transaction details have not yet been finalized and may still be subject to adjustments.
