KWUNGS AROMA (01925) announced that on October 8, 2026, Anhui Fenyuan, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, issued a written notice to the fund manager requesting the redemption of part of its interests in the fund. The proceeds from the redemption amounted to RMB50 million. The estimated gain on the relevant investment under the redemption was approximately RMB48.933 million.

The group subscribed for the fund interests for approximately 9 months, and throughout the entire subscription period up to the date of the redemption, the fund investment recorded a slight loss.
