Guolian Minsheng (01456): Proposed appointment of Wang Jinling as executive director

Guolian Minsheng (01456) announced that the board of directors held the tenth meeting of the sixth board of directors on October 8, 2026, and approved the proposal to nominate Mr. Wang Jinling as a candidate for executive director of the sixth board of directors of the Company and the proposal to nominate Ms. Jiang Jie as a candidate for non-executive director of the sixth board of directors of the Company, and submitted them to the shareholders' meeting of the Company for election. The terms of Mr. Wang and Ms. Jiang shall commence from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting and end on the date of expiration of the term of the sixth board of directors.
