The Hong Kong Lands Department announced that it approved nine pre-sale consent forms for residential projects in the third quarter of this year, involving 3,766 units. Among them, two phased projects located in Kai Tak and Chai Wan will provide a total of 540 units and are expected to be completed next year; another four projects will provide 3,226 units and are expected to be completed in 2028, located in Cheung Sha Wan, Yau Tong, Tai Po, and To Kwa Wan respectively. As of September 30, a total of 34 pre-sale consent forms were pending approval, involving 153.78 million units.
