ANTA SPORTS (02020) announced that, in relation to the acquisition of a 29.06% equity interest in PUMA SE, all conditions to closing under the share purchase agreement have been fulfilled. In accordance with the terms of the share purchase agreement, the closing took effect on October 5, 2026, and the transfer of 43,015,000 ordinary shares of the target company from the seller was completed on October 7, 2026 (the actual transfer date), representing approximately 29.06% of the entire issued share capital of the target company as at the date of this announcement.
