Guanghua Sci-Tech (002741.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Zheng Chuangfa, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 14.0581 million shares of the company (no more than 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trades within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of the announcement. Among them, the total number of shares reduced through centralized bidding shall not exceed 1% of the company's total shares, and the total number of shares reduced through block trades shall not exceed 2% of the company's total shares.
