Luoman Technologies Inc. (605289.SH) announced that the company recently received a notice from Shanghai Wutongshu High-Tech Co., Ltd. ("Wutong High-Tech"), its controlled subsidiary. Wutong High-Tech, China Merchants Bank Financial Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and China Merchants Zhirong Supply Chain Services Co., Ltd. recently signed a Sales Contract. According to the contract, China Merchants Bank Financial Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will purchase computing power equipment from Wutong High-Tech and lease it to China Merchants Zhirong Supply Chain Services Co., Ltd. Wutong High-Tech will deliver the relevant computing power equipment directly to China Merchants Zhirong Supply Chain Services Co., Ltd. The total contract amount is approximately 311 million yuan.
