SFSY NEW MAT (08073) proposes appointing Ernst & Young as new auditor
SFSY NEW MAT (08073) announces that, based on the recommendation of the Company's audit committee, the Board has resolved (i) to remove Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the Company's auditor; and (ii) to propose the appointment of Ernst & Young as the Company's new auditor for the year ending 31 December 2026 to fill the casual vacancy arising from the proposed removal, and to hold office until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting.
