MEDIALINK GROUP (02230) announces that the board of directors hereby announces that Mr. Ma Zhengfeng (Mr. Ma), due to personal career development, has tendered his resignation as (i) an executive director of the Company; (ii) the company secretary of the Company; and (iii) the authorized representative of the Company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules (Listing Rules Authorized Representative) and the authorized representative of the Company in Hong Kong for accepting service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company as required under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (together with the Listing Rules Authorized Representative, collectively the Authorized Representatives), with effect from October 6, 2026. The board of directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Yip Ting Sum (Mr. Yip) has been appointed as the company secretary and an Authorized Representative, with effect from October 6, 2026.
