WANGUO GOLD GP (03939): Subscription to UBS Premium Discretionary Mandate
Wanguo Gold Group (03939) announced that the Company has made the following subscriptions under the discretionary portfolio management service of the UBS Premium Discretionary Mandate (UBS Manage Premium) provided by UBS AG: (i) on September 24, 2026, the Company subscribed to the UBS Premium Discretionary Mandate Global Floating Rate (USD) Mandate in the amount of US$30 million; and (ii) on October 5, 2026, the Company further subscribed US$60 million to the Global Floating Rate Mandate, bringing the total subscription amount under the Global Floating Rate Mandate to US$90 million;
WANGUO GOLD GP (03939) announced that the Company has made the following subscriptions under the UBS Manage Premium discretionary portfolio management service provided by UBS AG: (i) on September 24, 2026, the Company subscribed to the UBS Manage Premium - Global Floating Rate (USD) Mandate in the amount of US$30 million; (ii) on October 5, 2026, the Company further subscribed US$60 million to the Global Floating Rate Mandate, bringing the total subscription amount under the Global Floating Rate Mandate to US$90 million;
(iii) on October 5, 2026, the Company subscribed to the UBS Manage Premium - Developed Markets Investment Grade (USD) Mandate in the amount of US$25 million.
