Greenview CHINAPROPERTIES (00095) announces that, pursuant to an application jointly made by the Company, the petitioner and all other creditors on record by way of a consent summons filed on September 30, 2026, the High Court has, by an order dated September 30, 2026, further adjourned the hearing of the petition to April 6, 2027.
The Company believes that this further consensual adjournment reflects the broad and continued support of its creditors for the progress achieved to date, and demonstrates the continued willingness of major creditors to allow the Company time to advance the proposed restructuring. The Company intends to make good use of this extended period to implement the outcomes of its discussions with its various creditor groups, and remains committed to achieving a constructive and sustainable restructuring outcome that benefits all stakeholders.
