Shenzhen Longsys Electronics (09976): Stabilizing Actions, End of Stabilization Period, and Lapse of Over-allotment Option

Shenzhen Longsys Electronics (09976) announced that the stabilization period in respect of the Global Offering ended on Saturday, October 3, 2026 (being the 30th day after the last day for the submission of applications under the Hong Kong Public Offering).
The stabilizing actions carried out during the stabilization period by CLSA Limited, the stabilizing manager, its affiliates, or any person acting on their behalf are set out below:
(1) An aggregate of 4,498,400 H Shares were over-allocated in the International Offering, representing approximately 15.0% of the total number of Offer Shares offered under the Global Offering (after taking into account the full exercise of the Offer Size Adjustment Option but before any exercise of the Over-allotment Option);
(2) An aggregate of 4,498,400 H Shares were continuously purchased in the market during the stabilization period at prices ranging from HK$231.40 to HK$236.00 per H Share (excluding brokerage commission, SFC transaction levy, Hong Kong Stock Exchange trading fee and AFRC transaction levy), representing approximately 15.0% of the total number of Offer Shares available for subscription under the Global Offering (after taking into account the full exercise of the Offer Size Adjustment Option but before any exercise of the Over-allotment Option). The last purchase in the market during the stabilization period by the stabilizing manager, its affiliates, or any person acting on their behalf was made on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at a price of HK$234.80 per H Share (excluding brokerage commission, SFC transaction levy, Hong Kong Stock Exchange trading fee and AFRC transaction levy).
The Sponsor and Overall Coordinator (for itself and on behalf of the International Underwriters) did not exercise the Over-allotment Option during the stabilization period, and the Over-allotment Option lapsed on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Accordingly, the Company has not issued and will not issue any H Shares pursuant to the Over-allotment Option.
