The offeror will continue to take the actions disclosed in the waiver announcement to restore the company's public float, namely seeking to dispose of shares through the open market and, if necessary, through a placing agent. Currently, the company expects to restore its public float and regain compliance with Rule 13.32B of the Listing Rules by November 6, 2026.
