KAFELAKU COFFEE (01869) announces that Mr. Zhu Yongtian has resigned as the company's company secretary; the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and the authorized representative for accepting service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), all with effect from October 1, 2026, as he intends to devote more time to other business commitments. Mr. Zeng Jingshen has been appointed as company secretary and authorized representative with effect from October 1, 2026, to fill the vacancy arising from Mr. Zhu's resignation.
