On the news front, on the evening of September 30, NEW WORLD DEV released its full-year results for FY2026, with multiple indicators including sales, profitability, and financial management recording improvement. During the period, the group's full-year attributable contracted sales reached HK$29.6 billion, surpassing the full-year target of HK$27 billion. Among this, attributable contracted sales in Hong Kong were approximately HK$22 billion, hitting a new high since FY2021. Mainland China full-year contracted sales were approximately RMB6.8 billion. In terms of profitability, after-tax recurring net operating profit was approximately HK$2.2 billion, achieving a turnaround to profitability for the first time in three years. Core operating profit rose approximately 28% year-on-year to HK$7.7 billion, reflecting the group's continuous improvement in core business profitability and operating efficiency. In terms of asset monetization, Shanghai New World is advancing the first Hong Kong-funded C-REIT, listing Shanghai K11 Art Mall and K11 ATELIER Shanghai New World Building in the form of a C-REIT.
