CU VENTURE INV (08159): Zhang De'an Retires as Independent Non-Executive Director

CU VENTURE INV (08159) announced that Mr. Zhang De'an, due to the need to focus on other business commitments, retired as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect after the conclusion of the 2025/2026 annual general meeting. Following his retirement, Mr. Zhang ceased to be a member of each of the Company's audit committee, nomination committee, remuneration committee and executive committee. Mr. He Wen, due to his desire to devote more time to other business development, retired as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect after the conclusion of the 2025/2026 annual general meeting. Following his retirement, Mr. He ceased to be a member of each of the Company's audit committee, nomination committee, remuneration committee and executive committee. As the proposed ordinary resolution numbered 3(a) was not passed at the 2025/2026 annual general meeting, Ms. Lu Caixia accordingly retired as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect after the conclusion of the 2025/2026 annual general meeting. After the conclusion of the 2025/2026 annual general meeting, Ms. Lu also ceased to be a member of each of the Company's audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee.
