MIRXES-B (02629): Poon Ka Ying has been appointed as company secretary.

MIRXES-B (02629) announces that the Group continues to advance its commercialization and product development plans and has made progress in respect of several of its diagnostic products and solutions. With effect from September 30, 2026, Ms. Siu Yuet Chau (Ms. Siu) has resigned as (i) the joint company secretary of the Company (the Joint Company Secretary); (ii) the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules (the Authorized Representative); and (iii) the representative of the Company in Hong Kong for the acceptance of service of legal process and notices under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the Process Agent), in each case due to changes in work arrangements at Tricor, the Company's corporate secretarial services provider. On the same date, Ms. Au Yeung Wai Chi (Ms. Au Yeung) has resigned as the Joint Company Secretary in order to devote more time to her other duties within the Group. Ms. Poon Ka Ying (Ms. Poon) has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company (the Company Secretary), the Authorized Representative and the Process Agent with effect from September 30, 2026.
