CHIHO ENV (00976) Announces 2025 Annual Results, Loss Attributable to Shareholders Widens 647.4% YoY to HK$1.527 Billion

CHIHO ENV (00976) has announced its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2025, with revenue from continuing operations of HK$992 million, down 29% year-on-year; loss attributable to shareholders of the Company of HK$1.527 billion, widened by 647.4% year-on-year; and basic loss per share of HK$0.95. One of the main reasons for the decrease in revenue was the discontinuation of the Thailand operations during the year. Revenue from Thailand in 2025 decreased by HK$118.2 million compared with last year. The Thailand operations had been loss-making for many years, leading to the cessation of its operations in the second half of 2025. This also reflects the Group's ongoing business restructuring to utilise resources more effectively.
