NUR HOLDINGS (00254) announced its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2026. The Group recorded revenue of HK$102 million, down 2.03% year-on-year; loss attributable to owners of the Company was HK$48.847 million, down 18.67% year-on-year; loss per share was 8.84 HK cents.
The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly attributable to the automobile leasing and commuter bus services segment, which recorded revenue of approximately HK$29.053 million and HK$41.602 million for the current year and the corresponding year, respectively.
