UNI HEALTH (02211) has announced its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2026. The Group recorded revenue of RMB 519 million, a year-on-year decrease of 27%; loss attributable to owners of the Company amounted to RMB 20.429 million, a year-on-year decrease of 21.45%; and loss per share was 19.65 cents.
Reviewing the year, the Group remained focused on its core pharmaceutical and healthcare segment. Amid intense market competition and industry transformation, it successfully completed its strategic shift from "scale expansion" to "high-quality positioning." During the year, we thoroughly implemented the "asset-light upgrade" strategy, not only steadily advancing the integration of traditional physical retail chains and distribution networks, but also precisely optimizing the store network through data-driven approaches, eliminating inefficient assets, ensuring that overall operating resources were concentrated in the core Northeast region with high growth potential, and advancing the "Health Station" brand building in step with the times while expanding overseas business as appropriate.
