ASIAN CITRUS (00073) announced its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2026, with revenue of RMB 82 million (the same unit below), a year-on-year increase of 8.8%; loss attributable to shareholders of RMB 26.8 million, a year-on-year increase of 11.7%; and basic loss per share of RMB 1.8. The announcement stated that the increase in revenue of approximately 8.8% was mainly due to higher sales from the air-conditioning and other electronic equipment distribution business. During the year, the Group's plantation business continued to focus on passion fruit, with revenue generated from the plantation business of approximately RMB 600,000, compared with approximately RMB 1.6 million in the previous year, mainly due to sudden heavy rainfall at that time, which severely affected the yield and quality of the passion fruit obtained by the Group. The Group has diversified its development and begun cultivating crisp honey kumquats, with a view to improving the overall performance of the plantation business in the long term.
