Naruida Technology (688522.SH) announced that the company plans to use its own funds of RMB 162 million to acquire a 51% equity stake (hereinafter referred to as the "subject equity") in Guangzhou Xintai Communications Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "target company" or "Xintai Communications") held by Yang Chaojian, Chen Taibao, Yao Qiufang, Xu Zhen, Li Yunfeng, and Zhu Meifang (collectively referred to as the "counterparties"), and after receiving the equity, assume the obligation to pay in the unpaid capital contributions corresponding to the subject equity. Upon completion of this transaction, the company will hold a 51% equity stake in Xintai Communications, and Xintai Communications will become a controlled subsidiary of the company and be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
