On the news front, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. announced that it has won a $1.2 billion order from cloud infrastructure company Vultr to supply Helios AI racks powered by AMD chips. Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. also adjusted its outlook for fiscal 2027 and beyond. The company now expects that, as its data center networking market share continues to expand, the growth rate of its networking business in fiscal 2027 will reach about 20%. It is expected that by fiscal 2029, data center networking business revenue will grow at a compound annual growth rate of more than 50%.
