LONGFOR GROUP (00960) announced that, with effect from September 30, 2026, Ms. Sun Jiahui has tendered her resignation as a non-executive director of the Company and as a member of the nomination committee, the remuneration committee and the investment committee of the Board due to work arrangements; and Ms. Liang Meng has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company and a member of the nomination committee, the remuneration committee and the investment committee of the Board.
