Data center power distribution and infrastructure product manufacturer Accelevation Holdings (ACCV.US) announced the terms of its initial public offering (IPO), offering 30 million shares at $18 per share (67% of which are secondary shares), raising $540 million, with the offering price below the previously set pricing range of $20-24. It is understood that the company manufactures and installs power distribution and white space infrastructure within data centers. Its products and services include branch circuit cabling, remote power panels, PDUs and related monitoring, thermal management, and the integration of on-site installation into factory-prefabricated packaged solutions. The company generates revenue through product sales as well as installation and on-site services provided at customer sites. Its customers include hyperscale, colocation, AI, and cloud operators. In 2025, the company's revenue grew 147%, and as of June 30, 2026, it held an order backlog of approximately $1.1 billion. Private equity firm Olympus Partners has controlled the company since early 2025 and will hold a majority voting stake following this offering. The company, headquartered in Miamisburg, Ohio, will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol ACCV. Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Barclays, BofA Securities, Houlihan Lokey, Baird, William Blair, Piper Sandler, WR Securities, and Nomura served as joint book-running managers for the transaction.
