On the news front, recently, positive changes such as large-scale project pipelines, Germany's auction mechanism reform, and France's AO10 are increasing the visibility of future order recovery in the European offshore wind supply chain. It is understood that Dajin Heavy Industry's revenue is highly concentrated in the European market. In its previous Hong Kong IPO prospectus, it disclosed that during the track record period, revenue from the European market accounted for more than half of the company's total revenue.
JPMorgan recently pointed out that Dajin Heavy Industry is a globally leading supplier of offshore wind foundations. Although downward revisions to earnings forecasts have caused the stock price to fall sharply since mid-2026, as headwinds in foreign exchange and logistics subside and European order growth reaccelerates, the company's earnings are expected to rebound in 2027. The bank said the company could benefit from the multi-year upcycle in European offshore wind construction.
