According to the agreement, the two parties will establish a regular technical exchange mechanism, jointly carry out research and development of high-performance magnetic materials such as neodymium iron boron, magnetic focusing rings, and radiation magnetic rings, and, by combining upstream rare earth resources with the technical requirements of motor application scenarios, develop high-performance magnetic material products suitable for direct-drive motors. At the same time, the two parties will focus on joint research to address core needs such as magnetic material performance optimization, motor miniaturization, and high torque output, and promote the application of direct DRIVE modules in scenarios such as embodied Siasun Robot&Automation and smart home devices. On the industrial chain side, the two parties plan to open up a domestic industrial chain from new rare earth materials to Siasun Robot&Automation power components, and explore industry-finance integration models such as equity investment and industrial funds to promote the implementation of advantageous projects in magnetic materials and direct-drive motors, while also advancing joint training of professional talent and technological iteration in related fields. Analysts believe that the core highlight of this cooperation lies in upstream-downstream coordination within the industrial chain. Rare earth permanent magnet materials are important foundational materials for high-performance motors, and direct-drive motors are important power components for Siasun Robot&Automation joints to achieve high torque, lightweight design, and precision control.
