CU VENTURE INV (08159): He Wen Retires as Independent Non-Executive Director

CU VENTURE INV (08159) announced that, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. He Wen, an independent non-executive Director, will retire upon the conclusion of the forthcoming annual general meeting of shareholders. Mr. He Wen has notified the Board that, as he wishes to devote more time to other business developments, he will not stand for re-election at the annual general meeting of shareholders. Upon the effectiveness of his retirement at the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders, Mr. He Wen will also cease to be a member of each of the Company's audit committee, nomination committee, remuneration committee and executive committee.
