MAANSHAN IRON (00323) elects Guo Fei as employee director.

MAANSHAN IRON (00323) announced that, in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant provisions, the Company recently convened the second joint meeting of the second session of the eleventh Employees' Congress, at which Mr. Guo Fei was elected as an employee director of the eleventh Board of Directors of the Company, with a term commencing on September 29, 2026, when the eleventh Board of Directors (excluding employee directors) is elected at the Company's first extraordinary general meeting in 2026, and ending on the date of expiry of the eleventh Board of Directors. On September 29, 2026, the Company held the first meeting of the eleventh Board of Directors, at which the proposals regarding the appointment of the Company's general manager, deputy general manager, chief financial officer and secretary to the Board were considered and approved. It was agreed to appoint Mr. Fu Ming as the Company's general manager, Mr. Chen Guorong as the Company's deputy general manager and chief financial officer, and Ms. He Hongyun as the Company's secretary to the Board, with their terms commencing from the date of appointment by the Board and ending on the date when the Company's shareholders' meeting elects a new session of the Board of Directors.
