FSM HOLDINGS (01721) resolves to appoint KTC Hong Kong as the new auditor.

FSM HOLDINGS (01721) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has resigned as the Company's auditor with effect from 7 November 2025, resulting in a temporary vacancy in the position of the Company's auditor. The Board announced that, on the recommendation of the audit committee, it has resolved to appoint KTC Hong Kong as the Company's new auditor with effect from 29 September 2026 to fill the temporary vacancy following PwC's resignation, and to hold office until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting.
