KNT HOLDINGS (01025): Zhuang Bin Retires as Executive Director
KNT HOLDINGS (01025) announced that resolution 2(b) regarding the re-election of Mr. Zhuang Bin (Mr. Zhuang) as an executive director of the Company was not passed at the annual general meeting as it did not receive a majority of votes in favor. Accordingly, Mr. Zhuang retired as an executive director of the Company at the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
