ORIENTAL PAY (08613): Henrich Stefan Retires as Independent Non-Executive Director

Oriental Pay Group Holdings (08613) announced that at the annual general meeting, Mr. Henrich Stefan (Mr. Henrich), then an independent non-executive director, although eligible for re-election at the annual general meeting, had informed the Board that due to his decision to devote more time to his other personal affairs, he would retire and would not stand for re-election. Accordingly, he retired as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Company's audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee, respectively, at the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
