According to reports, Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing (002384.SZ) plans to list in Hong Kong as early as next month, aiming to raise US$2-3 billion, with UBS, Guotai Haitong, GF Securities and CITIC Securities as joint sponsors of the IPO. On September 28, Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing announced that the company had recently received a notice of filing for overseas issuance and listing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, planning to issue no more than 234 million overseas-listed ordinary shares and list on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is understood that Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing's business covers electronic circuits, precision components, optoelectronic display modules and other fields, with products used in consumer electronics, new energy vehicles, communications equipment and other markets. Since 2026, Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing's business focus has also further extended toward the AI computing power-related industrial chain. In the first half of this year, Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing achieved operating revenue of 27.798 billion yuan, up 63.95% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 2.957 billion yuan, up 290.09% year on year. Among this, the electronic circuits business generated revenue of 12.53 billion yuan, up 13.29% year on year; the precision components business generated revenue of 6.581 billion yuan, up 178.63% year on year; the optical module business generated revenue of 5.351 billion yuan; and the optoelectronic display module business generated revenue of 2.723 billion yuan, up 10.68% year on year.
