Sustainable products manufacturer Med-X filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Friday to register its shares and complete a direct listing on Nasdaq. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "MXRX." As this direct listing does not involve an underwriting commitment, there are no underwriters for the transaction; Maxim Group will serve as financial advisor.
The common shares listed by Med-X in this offering will be sold by existing shareholders, and the company will not raise new capital through this listing. The registering shareholders may sell up to 13.1 million common shares, which represents all of the company's issued shares.
Med-X develops and sells natural "green" products through its Nature-Cide, Thermal-Aid, and Malibu Brands divisions. Nature-Cide produces minimum-risk plant-based insecticides and repellents for professional pest control, the hospitality industry, agriculture, and other sectors; Thermal-Aid produces natural hot and cold pain relief products. Both product lines are sold through national distributors and e-commerce platforms. For the six-month period ended June 2025, Nature-Cide accounted for approximately 54% of the company's revenue, while Thermal-Aid accounted for approximately 44%. Data shows the company had revenue of $2 million for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026.
