GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. (03986) rose more than 4%, up 4.02% as of press time, at HK$466.2, with a turnover of HK$429 million. On the news front, Changjiang believes that the company's NOR Flash continues to expand its operating scale and market share, benefiting from the exit of overseas original manufacturers and the significant improvement in the supply-side competitive landscape of niche DRAM and 2D NAND, with products in a sustained supply-shortage cycle; while the company further increases the proportion of the 24nm process node in SLC NAND Flash and continuously supplements its DRAM product matrix, it is ushering in a cycle of simultaneous rises in volume and price, with market share continuing to increase, customized DRAM continuing to gain momentum, and MCU making strides across multiple downstream sectors. It is worth noting that GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. announced last night that it will raise the estimated quota for its routine related-party transactions with ChangXin Group for 2026 from 5.711 billion yuan to 7.854 billion yuan, and expects the DRAM procurement foundry quota for January-April 2027 to reach 4.411 billion yuan. The related-party transaction quota for just four months has already exceeded the company's revenue for the first quarter of 2026, equivalent to nearly half of its full-year revenue in 2025. The company attributed the sharp increase in the related-party transaction quota to the rise in DRAM product foundry prices in line with market conditions; and the company's successive launch of new products for niche DRAM and customized storage projects.
