On September 29, HKD interbank rates showed mixed development, with the one-month rate, which is linked to mortgage loans, reported at 3.01607%, down 0.143 basis points; the three-month rate, which reflects banks' funding costs, was reported at 3.24238%, up 0.803 basis points.
The overnight rate was reported at 2.84941%, up 14.941 basis points; the one-week rate rose 2.083 basis points to 3.27631%, while the two-week rate fell 2.161 basis points to 3.06488%. The two-month rate rose 1.113 basis points to 3.14381%.
In terms of long-term rates, the six-month rate was unchanged at 3.52964%, while the one-year rate rose 1.078 basis points to 3.99673%.
