XH News Media (00309) announced that as Ordinary Resolution No. 2(h) proposed for the re-election of Mr. Leung Nga Tat as an independent non-executive director was not passed at the annual general meeting, Mr. Leung Nga Tat retired as an independent non-executive director with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting.

With effect from September 28, 2026, Mr. Wang Xuesong and Mr. Yu Yonghui have been appointed as executive directors of the Company, Mr. Tsang Chi Hon and Mr. Liu Kwok Him have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the Company, and Mr. Zhang Dadong has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company.
