CDB LEASING (01606) Enters into a Finance Lease Contract for a Hydropower Station

CDB LEASING (01606) announced that the Company, as lessor, entered into a finance lease contract with the lessee, Guangxi Chongzuo City Huiyuan Hydropower Co., Ltd., on September 28, 2026 (after trading hours), pursuant to which the lessor agreed to purchase the leased assets from the lessee at a consideration of RMB 1.03 billion, and the lessor agreed to lease the leased assets to the lessee for a lease term of 300 months. The leased assets are a hydropower station located in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. The finance lease contract was entered into by the Company in the ordinary and usual course of business. Entering into the finance lease contract is beneficial to increasing the Company's finance leasing business income and is in line with the Company's business development strategy.
