Shenzhen Jinjia Group (002191.SZ) announced that the company and Chongqing Hongsheng Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongsheng Printing") jointly signed the "Agreement for the Transfer of 33% Equity Interest in Chongqing Hongjin Printing Co., Ltd." According to the equity transfer agreement, the company will transfer its 33% equity interest in Chongqing Hongjin Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongjin Printing") to Hongsheng Printing for 119 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, the company will no longer directly hold any equity interest in Hongjin Printing. Based on preliminary calculations by the finance department, the company's transfer of the 33% equity interest in Hongjin Printing to Hongsheng Printing is expected to result in a disposal loss of 66.4405 million yuan. The final figures shall be subject to the audit results of the annual auditor.
