RoboSense (02498) announced that Dr. Zhu Xiaorui (Dr. Zhu) has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company, a member of the audit committee of the Board (the Audit Committee), and a member of the remuneration committee of the Board (the Remuneration Committee) with effect from September 28, 2026, due to her desire to devote more time to her personal endeavors.
