Jiutai Digital Intelligence (06918) announced that with effect from September 28, 2026: Mr. Gong Lan has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and a member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee; Mr. Zhou Fenli has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee; and Ms. Huang Chunlian has been re-designated as the chairman of the audit committee.
