LEGENDARY EDU (08195) Enters into a Memorandum of Understanding with Lee Shing Chak Regarding Potential Cooperation to Organize a Series of Metaphysics Courses

LEGENDARY EDU (08195) announces that on 28 September 2026, the Company entered into a memorandum of understanding with Dr. Lee Shing Chak in respect of the potential cooperation to organize a series of metaphysics courses (the Cooperation Plan). The parties intend to jointly plan, develop and promote metaphysics-related (including but not limited to metaphysics, feng shui and philosophy) training courses, seminars and workshops, covering both offline physical teaching and online digital courses. The Company will be principally responsible for the overall commercial operation, marketing and promotion, student recruitment, venue coordination, provision of teaching facilities and administrative support of the courses. Dr. Lee will be principally responsible for designing exclusive courses for the Cooperation Plan, formulating course content, teaching syllabi, etc., personally teaching or providing guidance, and authorizing the use of his name and professional image in the promotion of the exclusive courses. Leveraging its extensive professional advantages and solid track record in course operation, marketing and promotion, student recruitment and integration of teaching resources, the Group possesses strong capabilities in delivering quality learning experiences and enhancing enrollment rates. By combining the Group's solid strengths in operation and resource integration with Dr. Lee's reputation, industry standing and influence in the fields of metaphysics and traditional Chinese culture, the Cooperation Plan is expected to rapidly deepen the Group's market penetration, maximize the reputation of the courses offered, and establish a market-leading position in the professional culture and metaphysics education sector. To align with the Group's strategic objective of expanding its education services, the Cooperation Plan is expected to enrich the Group's product portfolio by integrating professional culture and metaphysics education courses. Through this partnership, the Group strives to develop these new courses, aiming to open up new revenue streams by capturing a potential market opportunity of not less than HK$20 million.
