REMEGEN (09995): Tong Shaojing serves as company secretary and authorized representative.

REMEGEN (09995) announced that the Company has received confirmation from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited that Mr. Tong Shaojing possesses the relevant experience and meets the qualifications to act as the Company's company secretary under Rule 3.28 and Rule 8.17 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange. Following the confirmation from the Stock Exchange, Ms. Tam Pak Yu has resigned as the Company's joint company secretary and as an authorized representative appointed under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, with effect from September 28, 2026. Accordingly, Mr. Tong Shaojing will remain and serve as the Company's sole company secretary. Following the resignation of Ms. Tam Pak Yu as an authorized representative, Mr. Tong Shaojing has been appointed as an authorized representative, with effect from September 28, 2026; and Ms. Tam Pak Yu will continue to serve as the Company's authorized representative for accepting service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
