On the news front, on the evening of September 24, Power HF Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Huafeng International participated as a cornerstone investor in the initial public offering of Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 7, 2026, and was allotted 781,300 shares. As of now, Huafeng International has sold 420,900 shares of Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) through the secondary market; in order to further optimize its asset structure, Huafeng International plans to continue disposing of no more than 360,400 shares of Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) held by it through the secondary market at an opportune time. This move means that Huafeng International will liquidate all of its H-shares in Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group). It is worth noting that this reduction by Power HF Co., Ltd. comes as Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group)'s H-share price is in a high range since its listing. Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) officially listed on the Hong Kong stock market in July this year, with an issue price of HK$100.3 per share. After listing, driven by the continued rise in the prosperity of the MLCC industry, its H-share price climbed rapidly. On September 21, Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group)'s H-shares once touched HK$152.7 per share intraday, hitting a new high since listing.
