Transfar Zhilian (002010.SZ) announced that on September 23, 2026, the company signed a Partnership Agreement with Hengdian Capital Venture Investment (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., intending to participate as a limited partner in the investment in Hengdian Bohui Venture Investment (Hangzhou) Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Hengdian Bohui"). The company will contribute 550 million yuan from its own funds, accounting for 33.33% of the partnership's total subscribed capital. The fund mainly invests in high-growth high-tech sectors.
