Tianqiao Crane (002523.SZ) disclosed a 2026 restricted stock incentive plan (draft), proposing to grant 28.33 million restricted shares to incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 2% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Of these, 25.12 million restricted shares will be granted for the first time, and 3.21 million restricted shares will be reserved for grant. The grant price of the restricted shares is 1.69 yuan per share (including the reserved portion).
