On the news front, DUIBA recently announced that Xiaoliang Holding, held by the company's founder Chen Xiaoliang, entered into a deed of gift with employee share award platform Kewei Holding, transferring a total of 120.682 million company shares it held to the platform for no consideration, accounting for approximately 11.21% of the company's total issued share capital. Following the completion of the transfer, the employee shareholding platform's stake increased to approximately 11.38%. It is worth noting that Kewei Holding has committed that future newly added incentive plans will mainly be used to incentivize talent needed for the development of AI businesses, including the AI short drama business. DUIBA Group made clear its AI strategic transformation direction in its 2026 interim report, entering the AI short drama business through AI full-chain content production and distribution. Data shows that the AI short drama business contributed revenue of RMB223 million in the first half of the year, accounting for 51.2% of the group's total revenue, becoming its largest revenue source; this drove the group's total revenue in the first half of the year to RMB435 million, a year-on-year increase of 24.3%.
